Returns Policy
Funky Petz endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy.
We offer a 7 working day 'No Quibble Guarantee'. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays. If any item is not to your liking, simply inform us via our contact form where we will inform you of our returns procedures.
Please send items via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as the company cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. This postage cost will not be reimbursed.
